The experience on the website was really good, easy to navigate and well layed out, however the delivery service was not great. It took over 2 weeks to receive my parcel from ups, which in todays world is very poor. The tracking was almost non existent and when we wasn’t in for our delivery which we had no prior warning to they dropped it to a shop where we had to retrieve it. Not a bad review of new era, just UPS.

I like the ease of shopping. I ordered twice and had to return twice. It’s easy to return online with free return labels. I will keep trying hats until I get the perfect one. Thank you for your service.

Great fitting caps, I bought A M-L size and it fitted perfectly with a little extra room, I wear a cap for work to keep my bald head protected during the day.
